Drupal Search Engine Optimization

If you've come to this page to know how to rank #1 in Google in 10 days you've.... come to the wrong place.  For those who want a quick answer, here is my Drupal Camp Toronto 2010 Search Engine Optimization Presentation, this will give you a list of Drupal 6 modules to install and a brief overview on how to configure them.  This should get you going in the right direction.  If you want more info, keep reading.

Recently, I've been toying with a few ideas and my Drupal Tips & Tricks has suffered because of it. I haven't really decided what I am going to do with this section of the website but after much deliberation, I think it's as good a place as any to announce an upcoming Drupal video tutorial I'm going to be putting a lot of time into, a video tutorial on Drupal Search Engine Optimization. The Drupal SEO video tutorial will be released by Monday, December 20, and feature an incredible amount of information going way beyond Drupal alone. While I'll still be covering the usual Drupal SEO Module suspects - node words, page titles, xml sitemap, etc., I'll be taking it a giant step further and demonstrating how I go through keyword research, estimate keyword values, choose domain names, a/b testing and so much more.

Because I am going so in-depth, I think this will be my first premium video tutorial priced at $49.99. The price is still a moving target and has been something I've really struggled with these last couple of weeks as all my content has been free up until this point but at a minimum, this video tutorial will be 2 - 3 hours in length and cover way more than Drupal Search Engine Optimization.  Nonetheless, it's been tough for me to decide to sell a video tutorial so I will be releasing 2 or 3 free Drupal Search Engine Optimization video tutorials leading up to December 21st.  The free video tutorials will likely focus on Drupal SEO modules and show visitors how to configure your Drupal site for maximum search engine exposure.
